Effective and last updated: September 8, 2026

Ins Made Easy is an independent insurance agency. By using this website, submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, accessing educational materials, or communicating with us, you acknowledge the terms and disclosures below.

1. About Ins Made Easy

Ins Made Easy is an independent insurance agency that helps consumers understand, compare, apply for, enroll in, and service insurance and related financial-protection products through appropriately licensed and authorized insurance producers.

Depending on availability, licensing, appointments, state, carrier, and eligibility, products may include:

  • Individual and family health insurance
  • Affordable Care Act (ACA) coverage
  • Medicare-related insurance products
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • Accident insurance
  • Critical illness insurance
  • Hospital indemnity coverage
  • Life insurance
  • Annuities and retirement-related insurance products
  • Other insurance and supplemental protection products

Not every producer, product, carrier, plan, or service is available in every state.

2. No Guarantee of Coverage

Information on this website is intended for general informational and educational purposes.

Website content does not constitute an insurance contract, binder of coverage, guarantee of eligibility, guarantee of enrollment, guarantee of premium, or guarantee of benefits.

Insurance availability and terms may depend on factors including:

  • State of residence
  • Age
  • Household composition
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Enrollment periods
  • Qualifying life events
  • Carrier service areas
  • Provider networks
  • Prescription formularies
  • Underwriting requirements where applicable
  • Government marketplace determinations
  • Carrier rules
  • Applicable law

Final premiums, benefits, exclusions, limitations, provider networks, formularies, effective dates, and eligibility are determined by the applicable carrier, marketplace, government program, enrollment platform, and official plan documents.

3. ACA & Marketplace Coverage

Ins Made Easy may assist consumers with individual and family health coverage available through government marketplaces, including Washington Healthplanfinder where applicable.

Eligibility for premium tax credits, cost-sharing reductions, Medicaid, Apple Health, special enrollment periods, and other programs is determined by the applicable marketplace or government agency, not by Ins Made Easy.

Information regarding income, household composition, residency, tax status, and other eligibility factors should be accurate and may be subject to verification.

4. Medicare

Ins Made Easy may provide information or assistance concerning Medicare-related insurance products through appropriately licensed and certified producers.

Ins Made Easy is not Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any other government agency.

Medicare products, carriers, plans, provider networks, formularies, benefits, premiums, and availability vary by location and may change.

Consumers may also obtain Medicare information directly through Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE.

5. Supplemental, Life & Retirement Products

Ins Made Easy may discuss or offer supplemental insurance products alongside major medical or Medicare coverage when appropriate.

Supplemental insurance is generally separate from major medical insurance and may have separate premiums, limitations, exclusions, waiting periods, benefit triggers, underwriting requirements, and policy terms.

Life insurance, annuity, and retirement-related insurance products may also contain eligibility requirements, exclusions, surrender charges, tax considerations, and contractual provisions.

6. Product Recommendations & Cross-Selling

Ins Made Easy may identify additional insurance products that could complement a consumer's existing or requested coverage.

For example, a consumer requesting health insurance may also receive information about dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, life, or other insurance products.

Receiving information about an additional product does not obligate you to purchase it.

7. Carrier Relationships & Compensation

Ins Made Easy and its producers may be appointed with or authorized to represent multiple insurance carriers.

We do not necessarily represent every carrier or plan available in a consumer's market.

Ins Made Easy and/or its producers may receive commissions, renewal commissions, bonuses, incentive compensation, or other compensation from insurance carriers or related organizations in connection with insurance products.

Where applicable law requires additional compensation disclosure, the required disclosure will be provided.

8. Online Forms, Quotes & Requests

Submitting a website form, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or communicating with Ins Made Easy does not guarantee:

Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking information, payment card information, medical records, diagnoses, or other unnecessary sensitive information through general website forms unless Ins Made Easy provides a secure method and specifically requests it.
